Understanding the options

There are different options available to schools and academies so it’s crucial that leaders have all the information required to make the right decision for your setting. It is critical to understand the benefits and challenges of leading or joining a MAT (Multi-Academy Trust), or becoming a SAT (Single Academy Trust) when considering your future.

Facilitated discussion for groups of school leaders and governors who want to explore the possibilities of joining together to become a MAT.  This is a half-day session which includes a short presentation on the changing landscape followed by a facilitated discussion to begin to understand the opportunities and challenges ahead.  The cost is £295.
