11.2 Cancelling services
In accordance with the above law you have the following right to cancel:

  • Services and digital content: You have 14 days from entering into a service contract in which you can cancel it.
  • Goods: Your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive it.

If you want to start a service within the 14 days, you will be asked to give your agreement in writing. This then means you can't cancel. However you are able to get a refund minus the proportionate cost of anything you have used. If the service is provided in full within 14 days then the right to cancel is lost.

11.4 How long refunds will take
Your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt.

11.5 If you paid by credit or debit card from our website, your refund will be made directly to your credit or debit card; if you paid by any other means then your refund will be made by cheque.

12.1 Unless the right of enforcement is expressly provided it is not intended that a third party should have the right to pursue any right under this Contract pursuant to this Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999

15.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The 10% off promotional offer can only be used once by each individual school, Early Years setting, academy or multi-academy trust and is only available to new customers making their first purchase of products and services from Herts for Learning Ltd.
