DISTRICT SCHOOL EFFECTIVENESS ADVISER - PRIMARY

Full time permanent contract 37 hours per week

Based in Stevenage

Salary up to £65,877 p.a. plus performance related bonus and travel allowance

Herts for Learning Ltd (HfL) is the UK’s largest Schools Company delivering school improvement services.  Developed from Hertfordshire Local Authority’s education services, the company is now owned and accountable directly to schools through its Board of Directors.

Providing challenge and support to a group of primary schools as a Hertfordshire Improvement Partner and district manager, you will also advise schools across the county through consultancy and training. In addition, you will lead and collaborate with other advisers on school improvement initiatives. With successful experience of headship in the primary phase you will be passionate about school improvement. You will have the necessary skills and understanding to enable you to support, monitor and challenge schools. You will be self-motivated, flexible and be prepared to travel to schools throughout Hertfordshire (travel allowance paid). SERVICE DESK ANALYST - 1ST LINE

School IT Systems Support

Salary £15,476 - £17,255 p.a. (dependent on experience)

Based in Stevenage

SITSS is a highly regarded schools’ support team delivering IT support services to more than 600 schools and children’s centres in Hertfordshire and beyond.  We are seeking to fill a vacant 1st Line Service Desk post which is based in our offices in Stevenage.  You will be joining an enthusiastic team, with a strong commitment to delivering quality services, who have excellent relationships with their customers.

As Service Desk Analyst, you’ll work within a dedicated and supportive team taking inbound and making outbound calls. You’ll also be dealing with email queries from customers and accurately recording requests for service.  An interest in IT is advantageous, but full training will be provided.

TECHNICAL CONSULTANT -  LEVEL 1

Full time permanent contract, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

(Term time plus will be considered)

Salary Band 2/3 £16,000 - £19,000 p.a. (dependent on experience)
plus excellent pension and performance bonus

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our ICT support team.  The role is customer facing, providing onsite ICT support to schools, and requires attention to detail and excellent troubleshooting techniques.

Previous experience would be beneficial, however for the right candidate full training is available. Customer service skills and a desire to exceed expectations are a must.

The post requires significant travelling around Hertfordshire.  You must have a full driving licence and have access to, and prepared to use a car which is insured for business purposes.
