SCHOOLS FINANCIAL ADVISER

Full time permanent contract, 37 hours per week (4 days per week will be considered)

Term time plus two weeks. Full time (52 weeks per year) may be considered

To cover West Hertfordshire

As part of our Senior Leadership Team, this exciting new role will be responsible for driving growth in new areas of business to help our customers – our schools, settings and ultimately the children they serve - to be successful. You will also ensure our people are highly attuned to, and equipped to meet, our customer’s needs in new and emerging areas.

You will be a seasoned professional, with extensive experience of developing new products and services to deliver growth in a commercial environment. You will also have experience of leading change across a similar sized organization. Knowledge of the Education sector would be an advantage, but not essential.

We are looking for a sales and marketing professional with experience in a small to medium UK commercial services business to provide strategic leadership for HfL’s sales, marketing and communications functions. As part of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for promoting HfL’s brand and reputation to increase turnover and profitability, expand HfL’s reach, and retain and grow our customer base so that we can reinvest in services that our schools and their children most need.

Herts for Learning’s ICT Services Team provides specialist Technical, Network, MIS and Connectivity services to over 500 schools. We have a deep knowledge and understanding of the Education sector and how technology can make a powerful, positive difference to the way children learn.

We are looking for a commercially astute and highly entrepreneurial Head of ICT to transform our current ICT Service provision, anticipating customer needs and delivering sustainable income growth.

As an experienced ICT leader, you will have excellent interpersonal skills with the drive and energy to build highly effective relationships with customers and the creativity to drive innovation across our ICT business.

SERVICE DESK ANALYST - 1ST LINE

School IT Systems Support

Salary £15,476 - £17,255 p.a. (dependent on experience) plus excellent benefits

Full time permanent contract, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Based in Stevenage

SITSS is a highly regarded schools’ support team delivering IT support services to more than 600 schools and children’s centres in Hertfordshire and beyond.  We are seeking to fill a vacant 1st Line Service Desk post which is based in our offices in Stevenage.  You will be joining an enthusiastic team, with a strong commitment to delivering quality services, who have excellent relationships with their customers.

As Service Desk Analyst, you will work within a dedicated and supportive team taking inbound and making outbound calls. You will also be dealing with email queries from customers and accurately recording requests for service.  An interest in IT is advantageous, but full training will be provided.

If you are a confident, helpful individual who is customer focused and enjoys interaction this is the opportunity for you!
