We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our ICT support team. The role is customer facing, providing onsite ICT support to schools, and requires attention to detail and excellent troubleshooting techniques.
No prior IT experience is required as full training will be given to the successful applicant. This is an ideal first job for someone looking for a career in IT as it will provide hands on experience of many current technologies including Windows, Apple iOS, and networking hardware. Customer service skills and a desire to exceed expectations are a must.
The post requires significant travelling around Hertfordshire. You must have a full driving licence and have access to, and be prepared to use a car which is insured for business purposes.

This role is an exciting opportunity to have an impact on the success of our company by making sure everything runs smoothly for our senior leaders and they have what they need to do their jobs well and make a difference to the education of children and young people of Hertfordshire. You will be working closely with the Senior Leadership Team across all areas of the business.
The Executive Support Team provides a professional, comprehensive and high quality executive support service to the Managing Director, Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors. This is a multi-faceted role covering a range of support across all aspects of the work of the company’s leadership team.
The Executive Support Officer will have excellent IT skills, work well as part of a team and remain calm and efficient when dealing with a constantly changing workload, often with short notice. Superb interpersonal and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail and a confident, proactive, resilient, teamwork approach are essential.
The successful candidate will either have significant experience supporting company executives at a senior level in a PA type role or be an enthusiastic graduate with some administration experience already and wanting to expand their experience and progress to the next stage in their career.
