SENIOR HR ADVISER (SCHOOLS)
Full-time / part-time (flexible working considered), 37 hours per week
c.£38,000 p.a. (dependent on experience), pro rata for part –time, plus excellent pension and performance bonus

Herts For Learning Ltd is a leading, not for profit, HR provider to the education sector and is seeking to recruit an experienced HR employee relations professional to the role of Senior HR Adviser. We are a close-knit team, supporting mainly Head Teachers and Chairs of Governors to solve their HR challenges, helping schools to focus their effort on improving the quality of education for children. This is a highly varied and rewarding role, working closely with schools across Hertfordshire covering a wide range of complex casework.
The role is office based with travel to schools. Expert knowledge of employment law and HR practice is essential in relation to the full scope of employee relations advice including;
Experience of the education sector/education law and building strong relationships with Trade Unions is desirable.
This is a client facing role and requires excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and a good command of IT.

EVENTS COORDINATOR (MATERNITY COVER)

The HfL Customer Services team provides a wide range of administration support services to the whole Company. The Events Coordinator will work as part of the HfL Customer Services team which is committed to providing customer service excellence at all times. The post holder will event manage, coordinate and deliver a range of high profile conferences and events that support HfL’s strategic purpose of improving quality and standards in schools, whilst maintaining the highest possible standards of customer care at all times.
