Herts for Learning (HfL) was formed in September 2013 and 98% of Hertfordshire schools now own a share in the company. Since launch, the HfL Board has provided strategic direction to the company and holds company leaders to account for the educational impact, standards achieved and quality of services provided.
The Directors have a strategic duty to ensure the services provided by HfL meet the needs of schools and children; ensuring high standards and a focus on school improvement.
As shareholders of HfL, the views and feedback from headteachers and chairs of governors are crucial to the future direction of the company and will help the HfL Board to shape and improve the products and services that HfL offers you.
To support HfL with this, a short satisfaction survey (12 questions) has been developed which focuses on HfL as a company, the services HfL provide to schools and the company’s investment in the common good.
The survey will be open between Monday 1st June and Friday 12th June and a link to the survey will be emailed directly to all headteachers and chairs of governors.
Please do complete the survey once you receive the link - we look forward to receiving your feedback.
