HfL shareholder Satisfaction Survey 2016

Herts for Learning (HfL) was formed in September 2013 and 99% of Hertfordshire schools now own a share in the company.  The HfL Board provides strategic direction to the company and holds company leaders to account for the educational impact, standards achieved and quality of services provided.

The Directors have a strategic duty to ensure the services provided by HfL meet the needs of schools and children; ensuring high standards and a focus on school improvement.

As shareholders of HfL, the views and feedback from headteachers and chairs of governors are crucial to the future direction of the company and will help the HfL Board to shape and improve the products and services that HfL offers.

In the summer term 2015, HfL ran its first shareholder satisfaction survey. An analysis of responses was reviewed by the HfL Board and a number of significant changes have been made within HfL as a result.  Changes have included the restructuring of the administrative support functions and the introduction of a new customer service team, dedicated to providing a consistent, high level of support for schools across all areas of the business.

To further support the HfL Board, and to help benchmark the services they have provided to schools over the past year, the 2016 shareholder satisfaction survey has been developed.

The survey will be open between Monday 9th May and Friday 27th May 2016 and a link to the survey will be emailed directly to all headteachers and chairs of governors.
