Spring term 2017 training programme

HfL continues to work hard to ensure that it has a good understanding of the local and national issues that schools and settings are facing in a rapidly and constantly changing educational landscape and we are keen to tailor our programmes to flexibly meet your needs.

All of our programmes are delivered by experienced and expert educationalists; use research and evidence based information on a wide range of educational issues, and encourage the sharing of best and next practice both locally and more widely.

We know that paying attention to the professional development of all staff has a significant impact on staff wellbeing, motivation and improved outcomes for children and young people, so whether you are a newly qualified teacher wanting to increase your repertoire of teaching techniques or a manager wishing to further develop your career, Herts for Learning offers a range of training courses and development programmes to support you on that journey.

We have over 200 training courses running during the spring term, with feedback from participants on previous courses being very positive.  Over 90% of previous participants have rated the quality of content and training materials as being good or excellent, and 96% rating the subject knowledge of their training course as good or excellent. We look forward to welcoming you and your colleagues on one of our training courses in the future, so you too can benefit from this expertise.

Please continue to give us your constructive feedback and tell us where you think there are gaps that should be filled. If you don’t see what you need in the brochure, we would be pleased to hear from you to discuss arranging bespoke training, consultancy or advice that meets your requirements.

Please contact Sarah Gatfield with your suggestions on 01438 844889 or email sarah.gatfield@hertsforlearning.co.uk so that we can continue to work together for the benefit of children and young people.
