Christopher has been working with Hertfordshire Schools and the team since 2008. He is CIPD qualified following the successful completion of his Masters in Human Resource Management at the University of Hertfordshire where he specialised in Organisational Change Management.

His role involves providing advice to Headteachers and Governing Bodies on all areas of performance capability, ill health, disciplinary and grievance. His role also involves providing high quality advice and support around organisational restructures and redundancies along with TUPE. He also designs and delivers clear and effective training courses in these key areas.

Christopher manages highly complex casework and provides expert advice to Schools helping to mitigate risk and provides genuine resolutions to difficult situations. He continues to support Schools with all forms of employee relations problems and has been involved with action groups advising appropriate actions for Schools causing concern.

Christopher has also gained his National Certificate in Workplace Mediation and continues to apply and develop this skillset to help Schools resolve workplace disputes in a time and cost effective way.
