Hollie joined the Governance team in 2007 as the helpdesk administrator, after 6 months she took on the role of Clerking Coordinator, the role was varied including such things as recruiting clerks, finance, advice and support and general administration of the clerking service. Hollie has progressed in the team and now fulfils the role of Governance Officer for clerking. Hollie has a good knowledge of the service and acts as clerk to several local schools to ensure the clerking services offered are fit for purpose and effective. In addition to the clerks induction course Hollie also delivers governor and clerk complaints training.
