Primary school effectiveness
Herts for Learning’s primary School Effectiveness Advisers (SEAs) provide a range of high‑quality advisory and consultancy services to support schools and academies in improving outcomes for young people through improving standards, leadership and management and quality of provision. SEA services include training, conferences and consultancy for senior leaders, middle leaders, teachers, support staff and governors.
SEAs offer a range of flexible and bespoke packages that address the improvement needs of a school or academy. All SEAs are successful former headteachers, ensuring that they have a deep, practical understanding of schools and school improvement. They have a proven track record of successful partnerships with primary schools and academies, helping them to remain at the forefront of good practice.
Herts for Learning’s SEAs are rigorously quality assured and held accountable for their work, which receives regional and national recognition for its quality. Advisers can, particularly where intensive support is required, carefully coordinate deployment of a ‘“team around the school”, drawing on the wide range of expertise from within the wider organisation.
