Meet the team - customer support services
Andrew is the Head of Customer Services and joined Herts for Learning in April 2016. Prior to joining the company, he spent 17 years working for a global quality assurance company working with clients in the consumer products market. Andrew has 20 years’ experience providing operational and customer service support for internal and external customers and he is committed in leading a team to deliver best practice and customer service excellence. Working for Herts for Learning provides him with the opportunity to utilise his skills in a company with a strong moral purpose.
Mark is an experienced Marketing and Events leader with over 20 years’ experience working in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining Herts for Learning in March 2017 he was working in a Bedfordshire school supporting and teaching Year 6 pupils. Prior to taking a career change into teaching, Mark spent 15 years working in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector employed by Whitbread, Cadbury and Carlsberg in a range of sales, marketing and customer services positions. Mark is passionate about ensuring the customer and consumer experience of Herts for Learning is positive and encourages brand advocacy.
