Back on Track: Science
Back on Track: Science packages offer subject leaders and teachers support to prepare for the effective delivery of the science curriculum upon wider school opening.
Packages include training and consultancy.
A series of termly (three) science subject leader webinars will take place across the year to support subject leaders with identifying ways to amend the curriculum, to review science topics from the summer term and to highlight strategies and tools to support classroom teachers to diagnose starting points with children, and then build on from these.
Primary science webinars will take place on
- Tuesday 15th September 2020
- Thursday 14th January 2021
- Wednesday 21st April 2021

Training, 2 half days consultancy plus half day primary science conference (11th November 2020)
A bespoke plan will be created for the consultancy work for each school. The time can be used to support subject leaders and/or classroom teachers or can be used for in school training.
