We offer a procurement service in partnership with the Schools' Buying Club, which is the ideal solution for any school, academy or setting that is required to complete an OJEU compliant process as part of their contracted spend.
Joint Procurement Partnership – Herts for Learning and Schools’ Buying Club
This is a free service for Hertfordshire schools who would like assistance with large procurement contracts including those tenders requiring publication in the Official Journal
of the European Community (OJEU).
The Joint Procurement Partnership offers support from an initial discussion regarding your school’s requirements to carrying a full tender process and appointing the successful tenderer. Commission is paid by the successful tenderer as part of the contract which means that there is no cost to the school for this service.
Using this service enables schools to evidence that they are receiving best value for large procurement contracts without the need to have specialist knowledge regarding tender processes. School leaders can also have confidence that the partnership will provide a compliant and highly effective tender process run by experienced school procurement specialists.
Schools’ Buying Club is 100% focussed on the education sector, and is committed to helping schools make a difference. They provide independent procurement advice, and not linked with any providers and are committed to quality, service and value. SBC work nationally and support schools and MATs in saving millions of pounds by running competitive and compliant tenders.
Schools’ Buying Club can help with:
- Staff absence insurance
- HR & payroll combined
