Early Career Teachers (ECT)
As an Early Career Teacher (ECT) we can provide you with a range of products and services to support you in your role.
ECT induction programme
Our conference programme provides development and support for ECTs during their induction period. Our primary sessions enable ECTs to receive high-quality training, share experiences with other ECTs and explore strategies for managing the pressures of their first year. Our popular interactive and exciting programme run by the Early Years team supports ECTs in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). In addition we have programmes for special school ECTs and subject specialist training.
We provide resources written by experienced educationalists to support you with the planning and delivery of high-quality teaching and learning in all phases.
Visit our online shop for the full range of subject resources for EYFS, primary and secondary.
