The course exceeded my expectations I have been on other management courses which didn't help me much. This one was comprehensive but manageable and was just what I needed. Everything I needed to know from my role and time management, managing a team from induction to supervision and appraisals, how to plan your setting provision and monitor this. It was informative, manageable and thought provoking.
