We can visit your school to present to school leaders and governors who are looking to understand the current educational landscape, the possibilities available to them and key issues to consider when planning their school’s future. This is an hour session which includes a  Q&A session. The cost is £165.

Understanding the options

We offer a facilitated discussion for groups of school leaders and governors who want to explore the possibilities of joining together to become a MAT.  This is a half-day session which includes a short presentation on the changing landscape followed by a facilitated discussion to begin to understand the opportunities and challenges ahead.  The cost is £295.

Key considerations

The conversion of a School to an Academy, or the establishment of a MAT are complicated and often time-consuming processes. Taking the opportunity to understand the tasks that will need to be completed, as well as the new legislative requirements you will face, will ensure that your endeavour will be successful.
