At Herts for Learning, we like to ensure we have a good understanding of both local and national issues, that schools and educational settings are facing in a rapidly and constantly changing landscape. We are keen to tailor our programmes to enable you to work in these challenging times, whatever your role or position, whether in a small provincial school, or within a large multi-academy trust.

We know that paying attention to the professional development of staff has a significant impact on wellbeing, motivation and improved outcomes for children and young people. Whether you are an experienced teacher looking for new ideas to use in the classroom, or a newly qualified teacher wishing to explore new teaching techniques, Herts for Learning offers a range of training courses and development programmes to support you on your individual journey.

All of our programmes are delivered by experienced and expert educationalists, who are known both locally and nationally. Throughout the autumn term, we will bring many courses whereby pupil premium funding can be used. To identify these courses, simply use the drop‑down box on the booking system selecting the theme ‘Diminishing the Difference’.

We take your feedback seriously and your customer satisfaction is important to us. Therefore, if you feel we need to improve in any way, or there is an area that you feel is going really well for your school, we would be pleased to hear from you. Also, if you have specific requirements that you do not see in this brochure, then please contact me to discuss bespoke training, consultancy or advice.

Please contact Sarah Phillipson, Training and Events Manager with your suggestions on 01438 843765 or email so that we can continue to work together for the benefit of children and young people.
