New GCSE Mathematics revision workbooks for students
Following on from the success for their Grade 4 and Grade 5 Mathematics revision workbooks, the Secondary Mathematics team have now published workbooks for Grade 6 and Grade 7.
Designed to encourage independent working, these four revision workbooks have all been written to go alongside students’ work and revision in school. They will work well with any of the exam board GCSE (9-1) specifications and can be used in the classroom and / or at home.
Each book contains a programme of 30 separate sessions that each focus on a key topic to help students succeed at GCSE. They are designed to take around 45 minutes so could be used in a class or their home environment. A full set of answers is provided at the back of each book.
Each full colour book costs £7.95 (plus postage and packing) and can be ordered from the HfL shop by both parents and schools.
Schools can elect to use the Government funded universal catch-up premium for 2020 to 2021* to support their students’ mathematics, English language and / or English literature GCSE revision through HfL.
* “Schools have the flexibility to spend their [universal catch-up] funding in the best way for their cohort and circumstances.” DfE Guidance: Coronavirus (COVID-19) catch-up premium (20/7/20).
