Herts for Learning (HfL), is delighted to announce an important new addition to its leadership team.
Matt Schofield has been working with HfL since mid-2019 to help select new Finance, Payroll and other support systems, and has now joined the company as Transformation Director.
Matt will be a member of the Executive Team. In this role he will help to manage implementation, data cleansing and training to ensure that the change is successful and that HfL realises the benefits of this important investment.
He will also play a key role in helping to ensure that all the major change projects, such as Intelligent Working and Digital by Default, are managed as a coherent transformation programme that deliver the strategic benefits expected.
Matt is an experienced non-profit technology executive, who has run and grown a series of education and technology innovation non-profit organisations (Cambridge Network, London Technology Network, Cambridge University Entrepreneurs) as well as supporting many IT systems implementations across Europe and the Americas in his 30+ year career.
