Lead Early Years Adviser

Lucky is passionate about young children’s learning and believes that every child can flourish, grow and develop when given the right foundations. She has been in education for over 20 years and has significant experience leading teams and supporting schools through her current and previous roles where she was an Advanced Skills Teacher. Lucky has led and managed teams, and been part of a primary senior leadership team. In her role as a Senior Adviser for the Early Years team, Lucky works in partnership with schools, headteachers and leaders to provide tailored school support that includes the bespoke annual CPD programmes and coordination of advisers. She is a highly experienced moderator for the Early Years Foundation Stage Profile assessment process and has been a Hertfordshire Children’s Centre Improvement Partner.
