The Payroll Portal contains resources, templates and guidance to support schools, academies and multi-academy trusts to carry out employment administration at their setting. The documents available cover a wide range of employment situations and can be customised to meet the needs of the setting/individual.

    Our aim is to provide the resources required with sufficient flexibility to enable the management of contractual administration processes effectively and efficiently.

    Access to the resources is for settings subscribing to HfL Payroll and will require a subscription login. If your school does not currently have a payroll contract with HfL and is interested in this, please contact us for further information.
