To achieve high-quality teaching standards and learning outcomes, you’ll need the assistance of high-quality support services. That’s where our subject specialists and educational experts come in. Our team offers a mix of remote and face-to-face training and consultancy services, promoting successful teaching and learning in primary schools.

Research projects

Our English and maths research projects have been developed to replicate the results of previous successful small scale work research project work with schools, solve new or existing problems or support or develop new approaches. Drawing on their success we have developed fully resourced programmes of training which are offered online with a combination of pre-recorded and live webinar sessions.

KS1-KS2 subject and curriculum support

We know that every school is different, so we’ve designed a broad range of primary teaching and learning advisory services to meet your individual needs.

[The SEA] has the ability to see the school objectively and challenge our practice. However, he does this in a collaborative and positive way. His support is most appreciated by all staff.

[The SEA], excels in her role and always brings great analytical skills, which enables us to focus our efforts on the areas which will bring about the best possible outcomes.  It is always a pleasure to work alongside [the SEA] and we are grateful for her ongoing guidance and support.

Explore our blogs written by subject specialists

As experts in our field, we also write regular blogs on English, mathematics, assessment, science and computing to keep leaders and teachers up-to-date with current education practice.

[The SEA] is able to have challenging conversations in a way which makes it easier for me to be transparent and therefore this adds high value to being able to improve the school swiftly.  She gives good advice in terms of training they received and recommendations to keep abreast of the current educational climate.  I find that [the SEA] is a  natural coach and I also find her coaching helpful as a head.

Completing a deep dive in early reading enabled leaders to model this approach in their own monitoring.  [The SEA] is very familiar with the RWI phonics programme and has supported leaders with suggested actions gleaned from her knowledge of other schools using the programme.  Actions suggested are SMART and always followed up at the next meeting, building on the cycle of monitoring.  This is highly effective in driving school improvement.

Our experienced primary school improvement advisers can provide you with all the support, skills, knowledge and resources you need to deliver high-quality primary education.
