GDPR - data breach response plan
This guidance, written by our legal support team, outlines what to do in a data breach. It talks you through how to manage a breach, when to contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), as well as offering a checklist and record sheet for logging the breach in your school.
It is important to personalise this to your school as soon as possible and share the contents with admin and your management team so that you are prepared for a breach whenever it may occur.
