GDPR toolkit - subject access request (SAR) guidance, checklist and templates
Under GDPR, individuals are now able to request information held about them by organisations. This document outlines what processes should be followed to ensure what information can/should be shared, as well as offering support for process through a checklist to follow should a SAR be made. It also includes as templates for letters and emails in response.
