GDPR - subject access request resources
Under GDPR, individuals are able to request information held about them by organisations. These documents detail what processes should be followed to ensure what information can/should be shared, as well as hints and tips on how to redact and suggested text for responses to requests.
The resources include a Subject Access Request policy, a document with advice and guidance, plus a form for requesters which you may choose to put on your website.
We have also included here a Freedom of Information policy, which includes the model publication scheme that all schools and academies are required to adopt.
