Parent2Parent® - anger/arousal cycle poster (multipack)
These posters were developed as part of the Parent2Parent® programme; they can be used both in the classroom and at home.
The anger/arousal cycle stages occur when stress, anger or conflict are experienced. The poster shows the different stages, and levels of adrenaline (curved line) that a young person may experience. This can be used to illustrate and reflect on an incident with the young person once in the reflect and repair stage, do reduce incidents from occurring.
