PVI - Premium consultancy package
Tailored to your needs.
Each setting is as unique as the children within it so our packages are designed with you, for you.
As a leader or manager of an Early Years setting you will have an ambitious vision for your setting, ensuring high standards of childcare and education. Meeting this vision relies on focused continuous quality improvement to ensure effective practice that enables positive outcomes for all children.
This Premium package is designed to help managers and leaders work towards their vision, enabling you to plan a program of support and spread the cost over a 12-month period.
The package includes three half‑day consultancy visits, delivered one per term.
In addition, you will be able to plan and schedule a bespoke, in‑house training session. This will be led by one of the Early Years Consultants (EYCs) to complement your quality improvement plans. The training session will be designed to engage practitioners in activities to support their professional development and inform their daily practice.
This training session can be planned anytime within the 12-month period to meet the needs of your setting.

During our time using our bespoke package, my staff and I have gained confidence in what we offer and what we deliver to such that we achieved Outstanding from Ofsted in all areas in May 2017. Staff were fully ready for the questioning from Ofsted due to the pace that we had been working in partnership with our adviser.
