These materials were developed in response to two identified needs. Firstly teachers reported that there were few resources to support pupils who have reached standards exceeding national expectations. Secondly, Ofsted reports identified that the most able pupils were insufficiently challenged and that their rate of progress was unsatisfactory.
This pack of activities will help teachers of higher-attaining pupils to provide suitable work for them.
