Disadvantaged and vulnerable
Our wellbeing and SEND advisers work closely with school and academy leaders to support a strategic approach, focused on improving outcomes for specific vulnerable pupils.
Our services are specifically tailored for:
- pupils who receive additional funding because they are known to be eligible for free school meals
- pupils who are looked after in the care of a local authority
- pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND)
We also provide support to ensure schools and academies meet their statutory obligations under The Equality Act 2010.
Our wellbeing and SEND advisers work with all phases and sectors, and delivers CPD, INSET and consultancy to meet the needs of individual schools and academies both in and out of Hertfordshire.
We provide a range of training courses relating to disadvantaged and vulnerable pupils.
