Peer to peer support strategies
The wellbeing team can offer staff and pupil training to enable effective peer support programmes to be introduced. A package of support can include a consultation with the lead teacher and training of pupils.

Parent session – supporting your child with relationships at school
Designed to support parents to provide helpful responses to children’s experiences of hurtful behaviour. Parents/carers will also better understand how schools work to prevent and deal with bullying.
Effective playground supervision
Developed to enhance the skills of staff who supervise at lunch and play-time. This covers how to respond to pupils’ concerns in a supportive and age appropriate way.
