We provide online safety training, consultancy and guidance to support safeguarding pupils both at school and at home.

    The Herts for Learning wellbeing advisers who are also accredited CEOP ambassadors, provide high‑quality and bespoke training, consultancy and guidance on online safety, to support this crucial aspect of safeguarding and teaching.

    Online safety training and consultancy is available to support schools integrate online safety in the PSHE and RSHE curriculum.

    Schools, academies and MATs that have concerns about online safety incidents can contact wellbeing advisers for telephone/ Teams support.

    Online safety training for whole staff, teachers and teaching assistants

    Online safety sessions for school staff highlighting the changing issues facing children and adults online and enabling staff to provide appropriate teaching to help equip children with knowledge and skills to stay safe.

    Parent and carer online safety training

    This session promotes healthy and safe online activity, recognises the benefits of the internet for young people alongside its risks. Strategies are shared to help parents support  their child’s online activity without limiting learning opportunities and experiences.
