EYPP/PP individual tracker
The HfL Early Year’s team have developed tools to guide and support practitioners in recording and evaluating the work they do to make a difference to children in receipt of funding. These individual trackers will contextualise outcomes for children by documenting how changes to provision are responsive to summative assessment information across the year.
