Disadvantaged and vulnerable children assessment summary
The disadvantaged and vulnerable children assessment summary will support practitioners with identifying children potentially vulnerable to underachievement. It will highlight children with a number of vulnerabilities providing a context for the summative data. Once completed it can be shared with relevant staff to ensure there is an awareness of the more complex needs and challenges of both individual children and cohorts.
