Block planning
Block planning involves grouping linked concepts together from across the Programmes of Study into blocks.
This will allow teachers to revisit objectives across the year enabling deeper exploration of concepts and skills.
The file contains a guidance document, a map of the blocks ('Block Planning Headers') and a 'Block strand tracking' excel file.
Block coverage overviews and planning templates for blocks A to E are provided for teachers to amend.
