ESSENTIALmaths practice Year 5
28/3/24 withdrawn from sale
The ESSENTIALmaths Practice Sheets have been designed to supplement the handouts and resources contained within the ESSENTIALmaths sequences and steps.
They provide a developmental approach in which pupils continue to ‘see’ new aspects of an idea over the course of practice.
Each sheet provides a range of different types of practice: worked examples; rehearsal; developing further thinking; ‘Can I still…’ retrieval; application and investigation.
An editable staff meeting PowerPoint with notes for the presenter is included with the materials to support staff collaboration and to enable a successful launch.
To view the full range of ESSENTIALmaths Practice Sheets, for single age and mixed age classes, visit the HFL Education shop.
