Working scientifically criteria tracking sheets
These tracking documents contain the working scientifically criteria from the HfL Assessment Criteria for Science. These sheets can be used to track the progress of six children in over the year in meeting the criteria. Additionally, these sheets can be used to check coverage of the skills across the year to ensure children have the opportunity to experience all areas of working scientifically. Extra guidance is included on the reverse to support teachers in understanding the criteria.
Please refer to the assessment guidance sheets for each phase for guidance about making summative judgements of pupils' attainment.
