Nursery and Reception data analysis from entry to exit
These EYFS data analysis forms will support Early Years leaders to make a detailed analysis of their EYFSP and nursery data. The proforma include space for analysis of cohort and vulnerable groups including EY/PPG. Using these proforma will help support your analysis, recording the reasons for identified outcomes and the planning of future provision in your EYFS. The information is in line with that required by school improvement partners on visits to schools and can be used in conjunction with the HfL ‘What analysis proforma’ and End of Year data proforma.
This proforma provides questions to promote discussion between EYFS practitioners, Early Years leaders and Senior Management Teams to understand their EYFS data at the end of the school year. This information can be used in conjunction with the Summative EYFSP and Nursery data analysis forms to provide a more in-depth analysis that includes progress, attainment of cohorts and vulnerable groups.
